摘　　要：新开放格局和新文科建设对人才的需求呈多元化趋势,也对高校ESP课程建设提出了新要求。民族地区财经类专业学生的外语水平,与课程建设、复合型人才培养以及主动参与国际经贸治理密切关联。就财经类专业研究生语言能力提升问题对来自14所高校的学生、教师和教育专家进行了深度访谈,分析了ESP教与学中的问题及原因,并从学生、教师、学校、实习和用人单位多个层面提出了改进建议,以期为有效构建ESP课程体系,为“专业+外语+”的复合型人才培养提供参考。The new opening up pattern and China’s new liberal arts education demand diversified talents.It also put forward the new requirements of ESP course construction in colleges and universities.The foreign language level of finance and economics majors in minority areas is closely related to curriculum construction,interdisciplinary talent training and active participation in international economic and trade governance.This paper conducts in-depth interviews with students,teachers and education experts from 14 universities on the language competence of finance and economics graduate students.By analyzing the interview results,it identifies the existing problems and cause in ESP teaching and learning,then comes up with the suggestions in terms of student,teacher,university and society to better establish ESP curriculum system.This paper also attempts to provide a reference to cultivate talents with both expertise and a good command of foreign language.
