基于实践教学基地的酒店管理专业本科人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：酒店管理专业培养的是具备专业知识、能力、素质的应用型、复合型高级专门人才,尤其是培养酒店职业经理人。实践教学基地在人才培养过程中具有重要作用,既是检验课堂教学成果的环节,也是学生解决实际问题和开展职业生涯的关键环节。酒店管理专业人才培养模式需要进行转型,包括“以学生为中心”、多学科交叉、产教充分融合、本土化与国际化融合。酒店管理专业人才培养需要多项措施并用,包括组建专业建设委员会、科学制定实践教学方案、加强教学研究与改革、加强实践课程管理与教材建设、建立科学的人才培养质量评价体系等。Hotel management major aims at cultivating application-oriented and competent senior professionals with professional knowledge,abilities and qualities,especially professional hotel managers.Practical teaching bases play an important role in the talent cultivation.It is not only a link to test classroom teaching results,but also a key link for students to solve practical problems and develop their career.The talent cultivation mode needs to be transformed,including student-centered approach,interdisciplinary innovative talent cultivation,industry-education integration,and an integration of localization and internationalization.The talent cultivation requires many measures,including the establishment of teaching committee,making plans of practical teaching,strengthening teaching research and reform,strengthening practical curriculum and teaching materials,and establishing a scientific talent cultivation evaluation system.
