摘 要:2019年“1+X”证书试点工作启动,“1+X”证书制度是提升职业教育质量的内在需求,课证融通是“1+X”证书制度下实现高职人才培养的有效途径。从目前的试点工作开展情况来看,课证融通下教师的职业能力有待进一步提高。真正准确把握“1+X”证书制度的意义、“课”与“证”的教学目标融合性、“课”与“证”的对接的具体内容需要更加明确等问题。在“1+X”证书制度下,应从教师提升自身的职业技能、重组教学内容、改革教学方法和课程考核上进行教学改革探索,真正落实“1+X”证书制度,切实提高高职专业人才培养质量,满足社会对高职人才的需求。The pilot work of"1+x"certificate was launched In 2019,and the"1+x"certificate system is the internal demand to improve the quality of vocational education,and the integration of courses and certificates is an effective way to realize the cultivation of Higher Vocational Talents under the"1+x"certificate system.However,judging from the current pilot work,there are some problems such as teachers'professional ability needs to be further improved under the integration of coures and certificate,failure to truly grasp the significance of the"1+X"certificate system,low integration of teaching objectives of"coures"and"certificate",the specific content of the connection between"coures"and"certificate"needs to be more explicit.Therefore,under the"1+x"certificate system,teachers should improve their professional skills,reorganize the teaching content,reform teaching methods and curriculum assessment to explore teaching reform,truly implement the"1+X"certificate system,effectively improve the training quality of Higher Vocational professionals,and meet the social demand for higher vocational talents.
