摘　　要：时代新人是担当民族复兴大任的先锋力量,是实现第二个百年奋斗目标的中坚力量。时代新人的形象塑造必须遵循客观要求与主体精神、理想期待与现实构建、历史继承与动态发展、个体面貌与群体风格有机统一的内在逻辑;从坚定理想信念、热爱伟大祖国、担当时代责任、传承奋斗精神、掌握过硬本领、锤炼高尚品德等方面进行价值定位;需要在精神、价值、实践、能力、品格五个维度上对时代新人进行形象塑造,从而为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦凝聚起时代新人的磅礴力量。The new generation is the pioneering force to take up the great task of national rejuvenation and the backbone for achieving the second centenary goal.To shape their image,it must follow the internal logic of the organic unity between objective requirements and subjective spirits,ideal expectation and realistic construction,historical inheritance and dynamic development,individual appearance and group style,and make value orientation in terms of firm ideal and belief,heated love for the great motherland,responsibility shoulder for the times,inheritance of the spirit to struggle,mastery of excellent skills,and cultivation of noble character.It can be shaped in five dimensions:spirit,value,practice,ability and character,so as to gather the magnificent power for realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
