摘  要:精准、微创手术已经成为跟骨关节内移位骨折手术治疗的主流趋势,但目前缺乏对精准微创技术要点的详细描述性研究。本文通过图文结合的方式,将跟骨关节内移位骨折精准微创手术技术三部分要点,包括闭合复位技术、纵行小切口入路以及自定位跟骨导航板精准植入,进行详细阐述,以期为临床创伤骨科或足踝外科医师更好地了解、掌握、应用精准微创手术技术提供参考。Precise and minimally invasive surgery have become the mainstream trend for the surgi-cal treatment of displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures,but there is a lack of detailed descriptive re-search on the key points of precise andminimally invasive techniques.In this paper,three key points of pre-cise minimally invasive surgery techniques for displaced intra-articular calcaneus fractures,including closed reduction technique,longitudinal small incision approach and precise implantation of self-positioning calca-neus navigation osteosynthesis plate,are described in detail by means of combination of pictures and text,in order to provide useful information for clinical orthopedic trauma surgeons or foot and ankle surgeons to bet-ter understand,master and apply precise minimally invasive surgery techniques.
