研发投入强度、内部控制质量与企业绩效

摘　　要：以2012-2020年我国A股上市医药制造业100家公司为样本,结合国内外相关文献,运用多元线性回归方法进行实证研究。研究表明,对于医药制造业企业,研发投入对企业绩效的提高有显著的促进作用;企业内部控制质量对企业财务绩效有着显著的正向推动作用;有效的内部控制制度对研发投入与企业绩效间关系具有正向调节作用,同时有利于医药制造业上市公司研发投入的“同侪效应”形成。This paper takes 100 Chinese A-share listed pharmaceutical manufacturing companies from 2012 to 2020 as samples,combined with relevant domestic and foreign literature,and uses the method of multiple linear regression to conduct an empirical study.The research results show that for pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,R&D investment has a significant promoting effect on the improvement of enterprise performance.Enterprise internal control quality has a significant positive effect on enterprise financial performance.Effective internal control system has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance,and is conducive to the formation of“peer effect”on R&D investment of listed pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
