摘　　要：新发展格局下科技创业孵化进入到资源聚合、生态营造、产业赋能的发展新阶段,孵化器发展迎来体系升级、动力转换的关键时期。专业孵化器建设发展是科技创业孵化高质量发展的基本前提和内涵。从科技创业孵化发展的内在规律出发,分析专业孵化器的评定逻辑、发展逻辑、服务逻辑和产业逻辑,归纳影响专业孵化器高质量发展的条件、本质、动力和目标,明晰新发展格局下专业孵化器建设的基本逻辑体系,促进专业孵化器加快优先发展、集约发展、高质量发展。Under the new development pattern,science and technology entrepreneurship incubation has entered a new stage of resource aggregation,ecological construction and industrial empowerment.The development of incubators ushers in a critical period of system upgrading and power conversion.The construction and development of professional incubators is the basic premise and connotation of the high-quality development of science and technology entrepreneurship incubation.Starting from the inherent law of the development of science and technology entrepreneurship incubation,this paper analyzes the evaluation logic,development logic,service logic and industrial logic of professional incubators,summarizes the conditions,essence,motivation and objectives that affect the high-quality development of professional incubators,and clarifies the basic logic of the construction of professional incubators under the new development pattern,so as to promote the priority development,intensive development and high-quality development of professional incubators.
