摘 要:针对某款搭载三缸发动机和双电机的混合动力汽车动力,结合整车动力系统的结构原理,建立了多自由度的整车系统扭转振动模型。利用AMESim软件,进行了系统在不同模式和典型工况下的固有特性和激励响应分析。通过模型和系统参数的输入,分析了系统的固有特性和失效案例部件处的扭振影响。在分析结果的基础上,进行了系统扭转振动部件参数的优化。该论文不仅为扭振导致的失效问题分析提供了很好的参考,同时可为混合动力车辆动力系统的扭转振动设计提供直接的指导作用。A multi-degree-of-freedom torsional vibration model is established for a hybrid electric vehicle with a three-cylinder engine and dual electric motors,based on the structural principle of the vehicle's powertrain system.Using the AMESim software,the inherent characteristics and excitation responses of the system are analyzed under different modes and typical working conditions.By inputting the model and system parameters,the inherent characteristics of the system and the torsional vibration effects of the failed parts are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the parameters of the system's torsional vibration components are optimized.This paper not only provides a good reference for the analysis of failure caused by torsional vibration,but also provides direct guidance for torsional vibration design of hybrid electric vehicle powertrain systems.
