摘  要:思政课程与课程思政协同育人是完善“大思政”育人格局的重要方式,二者站在党和国家教育事业发展全局的高度,为高校实现内涵式发展提供重要契机。但当前高校思政课程与课程思政协同育人存在着育人主体联动性不强、顶层设计系统性不足、体制机制不够完善的现实问题,“大思政”育人格局下,推动思政课程与课程思政协同育人需要优化师资队伍、加强顶层设计及完善制度保障,提升新时代育人的整体效果。This paper expounds that the ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political collaborative education is an important way to improve the“big ideological and political”education pattern,and they stand in the overall development of the party and the country s education cause to provide an important opportunity for colleges and universities to realize conformal development.It believes that there are some problems such as weak linkage of education subjects,systematic deficiency of top-level design and imperfect system and mechanism.It puts forward the strategies of optimizing the teaching staff,strengthening the top-level design and perfecting the system guarantee,so as to enhance the overall effect of education in the new era.
