布林佐胺滴眼液在青光眼治疗中的疗效观察与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:对马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液单用与马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液结合布林佐胺滴眼液两种治疗青光眼方法的临床疗效进行对比分析,并了解其安全性。方法:选取某院2015年3月至2020年3月收治的青光眼患者92例,随机分为G组与D组,各46例。D组患者治疗仅仅用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液,G组患者治疗采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液结合布林佐胺滴眼液的方法,对G组和D组两组患者治疗前后的疗效、心率、眼压以及不良反应率进行对比。结果:两组患者治疗2、4、8周后眼压均较治疗前显著下降,且G组下降幅度大于D组(P<0.05);两组发生不良反应率没有明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在青光眼治疗中,马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液与布林佐胺滴眼液联用疗效较佳,且不良反应发生率较低,值得推广应用。Objective:To compare the clinical efets of timolol maleate eye drops alone and brinzolamide eye drops combined in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods:A total of 92 glaucoma patients with consent in our hospital between March 2015 and March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into group G and group D,each with 46 cases.Patients in group D were treated with timolol maleate eye drops alone,and patients in group G were treated on the basis of the treatment of patients in group D with extra brinzolamide eye drops.The treatment efect,intraocular pressure.heart rate and the incidence of adverse reactions after medication in the two groups were observed.Results:After 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks than before treatment,and the decrease in group G was greater than in Group D(P<0,05);there was no difference in adverse ffects P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of glaucoma,timolol maleate eye drops combined with brinzolamide eye drops have a better effect,and the side ffecting is less.It is worthy using for the treatment of glaucoma in the clinic.
