摘　　要：乡村高质量振兴体现了高质量发展的内在要求。服务乡村振兴是地方高校的重要职责,而建立相应激励机制、充分调动各类人员以及相关资源要素投入乡村振兴工作,是地方高校以其应然功能促进乡村高质量振兴的前提。研究依据“波特-劳勒综合激励模型”阐释了地方高校促进乡村高质量振兴的激励作用及其逻辑理路,认为主体投入度能够转化为乡村振兴工作绩效,奖励机制进而将绩效转化为主体满意感,满意感最终又会转化为主体投入度,形成有效激励的逻辑闭环。在此基础上,针对实际调查发现的问题,研究提出构建地方高校促进乡村高质量振兴的选拔晋升、职称评定、模范表彰与绩效管理的激励机制。多种激励机制在多层面、多方向、多形态上共同作用,最终能够有效助推乡村高质量振兴。High-quality rural revitalization reflects the inherent requirement of high-quality development.Serving rural revitalization is an important responsibility of local colleges,and establishing corresponding incentive mechanisms in order to fully mobilize various personnel so that they can devote themselves to rural revitalization is a prerequisite for local colleges to promote high-quality rural revitalization with their expected functions.Based on the Porter-Lawler model,this study explained the incentive function and its logical rationale of local colleges for promoting high-quality rural revitalization.It is believed that the subject*s engagement can be transformed into the work performance of rural revitalization,and the reward mechanism will transform the performance into the subject's satisfaction,then the satisfaction will eventually be transformed into the subject's engagement,which forms a logical closed-loop of effective incentive.On the basis of that,and in response to the problems found in the surveys,this study proposed incentive mechanisms including selection for promotion,titles evaluation,exemplary recognition and performance management for local colleges to promote high-quality rural revitalization.The joint effect of this incentive mechanisms in multiple levels,directions and forms can eventually effectively contribute to the high-quality rural revitalization.
