摘  要:微型化实验贯彻绿色化学理念,是一种在微型化的仪器中使用尽可能少的试剂来获得所需信息的化学实验。尿素水解实验的微型化根据尿素水解过程中独特的pH变化规律,通过观察甲基橙等指示剂的颜色变化情况,研究p H、温度和浓度等反应条件对尿素水解的影响,并进一步根据指示剂颜色变化的时间来测量反应速率。通过本实验可提高学生的观察能力、分析能力,并在实验中培养学生绿色化学的意识。The miniaturization experiment is a kind of chemical experiment which uses as few reagents as possible to obtain the required information in the miniaturization instrument.According to the unique pH change rule in the process of urea hydrolysis,by observing the color change of methyl orange and other indicators,the urea hydrolysis experiment was conducted to study the influence of reaction conditions such as pH,temperature and concentration on urea hydrolysis.The reaction rate was further measured by the time the indicator color changed.This experiment can improve students'ability of observation and analysis,and cultivate students'consciousness of green chemistry in the experiment.
