摘 要:大型仪器设备共享平台是高校教学科研和人才培养的重要支撑,大型仪器设备学生培训已成为提高仪器设备开放共享和创新人才培养的有效举措。以天津大学分析测试中心电感耦合等离子体质谱共享平台为例,开展了学生培训体系建设,搭建了线上线下相结合的创新培训模式,依据不同学科专业设置有针对性的培训内容,并形成闭环的培训结果评价体系。通过高校大型仪器设备共享平台学生培训体系建设的实践,促进校级大型仪器设备共享平台在“双一流”建设和新工科人才培养中的支撑保障作用。The large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platform is an important support for teaching,research and talent training in college.The instrument training has become an effective measure to improve the openness and sharing of instruments and equipment and the cultivation of innovative talents.Taking the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry sharing platform in the analysis and testing center of Tianjin University as an example,the student training system construction is carried out.An innovative training mode combining online and offline is established.The targeted training content is proposed according to different disciplines and specialties.And a closed-loop training result evaluation system is formed.Through the practice of student training system construction,the support and guarantee role of college large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platform in the construction of double first-class and the training of new engineering talents is promoted.
