摘 要:以火龙果为研究材料,纳米硒肥为外源硒,在火龙果现蕾期和初果期进行叶面喷施不同浓度外源硒(0mg/L、5mg/L、10mg/L、50mg/L)。结果表明:随着硒肥浓度提高,果实鲜重、硬度降低;硒肥浓度提高对果实纵径、横径、可溶性固形物和棱厚的影响不大。果实硒浓度随着硒肥浓度提高而提高。叶面喷施5mg/L或10mg/L纳米硒肥即可达到生产富硒火龙果的目的,喷施50mg/L浓度会导致果肉硒含量超标。从经济角度考虑,叶面喷施5mg/L纳米硒肥即可达到生产富硒火龙果的目的。Pitaya fruit was taken as the research material and nano-selenium exogenous selenium.Different concentrations of selenium(0 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,50 mg/L)were sprayed on pitaya leaves at the budding and initial fruit stages.The results showed that:with the increase of selenium fertilizer concentration,the fresh weight and hardness of fruit decreased;the increase of selenium fertilizer concentration had no significant effect on vertical diameter,transverse diameter soluble solid and edge thickness of fruit.The selenium concentration of fruit increased with the increase of selenium fertilizer concentration.Foliar spraying of 5 mg/L or 10 mg/L nano-selenium fertilizer helped produce selenium-rich Pitaya fruit,and foliar spraying of 50 mg/L concentration led to excessive selenium content in pulp.To reduce cost,spraying 5 mg/L nano-selenium fertilizer on leaf can help produce selenium-rich Pitaya fruit.
