摘 要:槲皮素作为黄酮醇类化合物,广泛存在于许多植物来源的食物中,如谷物类、蔬菜类(洋葱、西蓝花)、水果类(葡萄、苹果、草莓、柑橘、樱桃)、茶叶、咖啡、红酒、果汁等食物。它具有抗氧化,抗炎,抗菌,抗病毒、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性。以槲皮素为先导物的改造吸引了众多研究兴趣。本文以槲皮素C8位,进行喹啉基取代改造,合成了3个新化合物,并对其抗氧化活性进行了测试。As a flavonol compound,quercetin is widely found in many plant-derived foods,such as cereals,vegetables(onions,broccoli),fruits(grapes,apples,strawberries,citrus,cherries),tea,coffee,red wine,juice and other foods.It has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-tumor and other biological activities.The modification of quercetin as the lead compound has attracted many research interests.In this paper,three new compounds were synthesized by quinoline substitution at C8 position of quercetin,and their antioxidant activities were tested.
