摘  要:目的:建立9批牙膏微生物检查方法,并对其进行适用性方法试验和验证。方法:参考《中国药典》2020年版四部非无菌产品微生物限度检查法(平皿法、薄膜过滤法)进行试验,以试验菌回收率在50%~200%为要求进行方法学验证。结果:01、06样品采平皿法(0.1 mL/皿);03、04样品采平皿法(0.2 mL/皿);02、05、07、08、09样品采薄膜过滤法(400 mL/膜)进行检查检查菌落总数、霉菌与酵母菌数;控制菌方面,01~09样品中(除07样品外,耐热大肠菌群采用培养基40 mL/管)均可采用常规法进行检查耐热大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。结论:建立了9批牙膏微生物检查方法,消除产品防腐剂对试验结果的影响,提高阳性检出率。Objective:To establish a microbial examination method for 9 batches of toothpastes,and to test and verify its applicability.Methods:The test was carried out by referring to the microbial limit test methods(plate method and membrane filtration method)for non sterile products in the fourth part of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),and the methodological validation was carried out according to the requirement that the recovery rate of test bacteria should be 50%~200%.Results:01 and 06 samples were collected by plate method(0.1 mL/plate);03,04 Sample plate method(0.2 mL/plate);02,05,07,08 and 09 samples were examined by membrane filtration method(400 mL/membrane)to check the total number of colonies,mold and yeast;In terms of bacteria control,the routine method can be used to check the thermostable coliform,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in the 01~09 samples(except for the 07 samples,the thermostable coliform group adopts the culture medium 40mL/tube).Conclusion:The microbial examination method for 9 batches of toothpastes was established to eliminate the influence of product preservatives on the test results and improve the positive detection rate.
