摘  要:大数据环境下,数据驱动的教学成为教学改革的必然之路,而作为教学的执行者,必然要具备相应的数据素养来进行教学的科学决策.然而,当前教师数据素养现状还没有达到应用数据驱动教学的要求.在分析教师数据素养及培养中所存在的问题的基础上,构建以大数据思维、理念与实践相结合、职前职后一体化为原则的,由宏观到微观的5个层次的培养路径,以期有效提升教师的数据素养.Data-driven teaching has become the inevitable way of teaching reform in the era of big data.As the executor of teaching,teachers should be equipped with corresponding data literacy to make scientific teaching.However,the current status of teachers'data literacy has not met the requirements of application data-driven teaching.On the basis of teachers'data literacy ability and existing problems in training,a five level training path from macro to micro is constructed based on the principle of big data thinking,the combination of ideas and practice,and the integration of pre service and post service,in order to improve teachers'data literacy effectively.
