基于CIPP模式的校园足球特色学校评价体系构建

摘　　要：全国校园足球特色学校已经突破27000所,在如此庞大的基数上,校园足球特色学校发展的质量提升是目前亟待解决的问题.构建评价体系对校园足球特色学校进行评价监管,能够进一步提升校园足球特色学校发展水平.基于此构建《基于CIPP模式的江西省校园足球特色评价体系》.以江西省校园足球特色学校评价体系为研究对象,运用文献法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法构建《基于CIPP模式的江西省校园足球特色评价体系》,在构建评价体系的同时,将该体系应用于实践,对江西省7个市区县的10所校园足球特色学校进行评价.审视评价结果,分析得出江西省校园足球特色学校在现阶段发展过程中存在制度建设不清晰、政策落实力度不足,资金短缺、场地设施供不应求、师资队伍有待充实、校园足球文化建设不受重视、课外竞赛相对较少、教师教学竟赛及科研成绩要求相对较低等问题.With such a huge base,quality improvement in the development of schools with school football characteristics is now an urgent issue to be addressed.The construction of an evaluation system to evaluate and supervise schools with campus football characteristics can further enhance the development of schools with campus football characteristics.Based on this,we construct the Evaluation System of Campus Football Characteristics in Jiangxi Province based on the CIPP model.Taking the evaluation system of campus football characteristic schools in Jiangxi Province as the research object,the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics were used to construct The Evaluation System of Campus Football Characteristics in Jiangxi Province Based on CIPP Model.While constructing the evaluation system,the system was applied in practice to evaluate 10 campus football characteristic schools in 7 urban counties in Jiangxi Province.The results of the evaluation were examined and the problems that existed in the development of schools with school football characteristics in Jiangxi province at the present stage were not clear enough in the construction of the system,insufficient implementation of policies,shortage of funds,shortage of venues and facilities,teachers to be enriched,lack of attention to the construction of school football culture,relatively few extra-curricular competitions,and relatively low requirements for teachers'teaching competitions and research achievements.
