摘 要:目的探讨“立德树人”视野下心血管内科研究生培养现状并对有效路径进行研究。方法本研究于2022年8—10月对新疆医科大学心血管专业137名研究生采用问卷调查结合访谈法,调查导师立德树人职责落实情况并提出有效策略。结果问卷的综合评价中,98.5%学生肯定了导师立德树人教育有效果,97.1%(127名)学生得到了导师的支持参与国内外学术论坛、讲座、比赛等,86.1%(118名)接受了导师给予的就业指导以及毕业后规划与建议。结论新时期师德师风建设是教育的核心,强化师德师风建设,深化思政教育,创新多元化育人方式是提升立德育人的有效路径。Objective To explore the current situation of postgraduate training in cardiovascular medicine under the vision of"moral education"and to study the effective pathway.Methods This study was conducted from August to October 2022 on 137 postgraduates in cardiovascular medicine at Xinjiang Medical University using a questionnaire survey combined with an interview method.To investigate the status of implementation of mentor's responsibility for moral education and to propose effective strategies.Results In the comprehensive evaluation of the questionnaire,98.5%of the students affirmed that the mentor moral education was effective,and 97.1%(127)students received support from their mentors to participate in academic forums,lectures,and competitions at home and abroad.86.1%(118)received career guidance and post-graduation planning and advice from their mentors.Conclusion The construction of teacher morality in the new era is the core of education,and strengthening the construction of teacher morality,deepening the ideological education,and innovating diversified ways to educate people are effective paths to enhance moral education.
