摘 要:目的研究泌尿外科护理管理工作中实施优化绩效考核方案的临床价值。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月在新泰市人民医院泌尿外科从事护理工作的12名护理人员,将2021年1—12月实施常规护理管理期间的护理人员作为对照组,将2022年1—12月实施优化绩效考核护理管理期间的护理人员作为研究组。对比两组的相关考核成绩、管理效果、管理方案满意度。结果研究组相关考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组管理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对管理方案的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科护理管理工作中实施优化绩效考核方案,能够显著提升相关人员的业务水平、理论知识、操作能力,同步提高管理效果及满意度。Objective To study the clinical value of implementing an optimal performance appraisal scheme in urology nursing management.Methods Twelve nursing staff in the urology department of Xintai People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,the nursing staff during the implementation of routine nursing management from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and the nursing staff during the implementation of optimized performance assessment nursing management from January to December 2022 were selected as the study group.Compared the relevant assessment results,management effect and management scheme satisfaction of the two groups.Results The relevant examination scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the research group with the management plan was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of optimized performance appraisal scheme in urology nursing management can significantly improve the business level,theoretical knowledge,and operational ability of relevant personnel,and make the management effect and satisfaction improve simultaneously.
