摘 要:目的探讨妇产科临床教学过程中灵活运用讨论式案例教学法对提高学生成绩及学习能力的效果。方法选择2021年6月—2022年6月来宜兴市人民医院妇产科临床学习的实习生130名作为研究对象,按照随机抽签结果分为对照组(65名)与观察组(65名),对照组实习生采取常规模式开展临床教学活动,观察组实习生实施讨论式案例教学法开展临床教学活动。对两组实习生教学成绩进行考核,调查评估两组实习生教学前后学习能力变化,同时统计两组实习生对此次教学活动的满意度。结果观察组实习生理论知识成绩、病案分析成绩、总成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生教学后学习能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生对此次教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床妇产科开展教学活动时巧妙运用讨论式案例教学法能够有效提高教学质量,便于学生掌握相关知识点,提高成绩,同时增强实习生的学习能力。Objective To explore the effect of flexible use of discussion-based case teaching method in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology on improving students'performance and learning ability.Methods 130 people of interns who came to Yixing People's Hospital for clinical study in obstetrics and gynecology from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group(65 people)and an observation group(65 people)according to the results of random drawing.The interns in the control group adopted the conventional mode to carry out clinical teaching activities,while the interns in the observation group implemented the discussion-based case teaching method to carry out clinical teaching activities.The teaching performance of the interns in the two groups was evaluated,and the changes in learning ability of the interns in the two groups before and after teaching were investigated and evaluated,and the satisfaction of the interns in the two groups with the teaching activities was also counted.Results The theoretical knowledge assessment,case analysis and overall score of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-teaching learning ability scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the interns in the observation group with this teaching was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clever use of the discussion-based case teaching method in clinical obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve teaching quality, facilitate students' mastery of relevant knowledge points, improve their perfor mance, and enhance interns' learning ability at the same time.
