摘　　要：目的 探讨帕金森病(PD)患者抑郁程度和血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的临床相关性。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年7月在宿州市立医院门诊或住院的PD患者52例,予以抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评测,并纳入健康对照组52例。检测并比较两组血清LDL-C水平。根据SDS量表评分,将PD患者分为抑郁组(DPD组)和非抑郁组(NDPD组),比较两组PD患者血清LDL-C水平,并分析血清LDL-C水平与PD合并抑郁的相关性。结果 PD组患者血清LDL-C水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。DPD组患者血清LDL-C水平低于NDPD组(P<0.05),采用Spearman秩相关法分析,PD患者血清LDL-C水平和SDS评分呈负相关(r=-0.426,P<0.05)。结论 PD患者血清LDL-C水平与DPD呈负相关。Objective To investigate the clinical correlation between depression and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC)in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods 52 patients with PD who were in the out-patient or inpatient department of Suzhou Municipal Hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected and evaluated with the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).52 patients were included in the healthy control group.The serum LDL-C levels were measured and compared between the two groups.According to the SDS scale score,PD patients were divided into depression group(DPD group)and non-depression group(NDPD group).The serum LDL-C level of PD patients in the two groups was compared,and the correlation between the serum LDL-C level and PD with depression was analyzed.Results The serum LDL-C level in PD group was lower than that in healthy control group(P<0.05).The serum LDL-C level in DPD group was lower than that in NDPD group(P<0.05).Using Spearman rank correlation method,the serum LDL-C level in PD patients was negatively correlated with SDS score(r=-0.426,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum LDL-C level in PD patients is negatively correlated with DPD.
