摘  要:脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds, CMBs)是一种涉及多种因素的脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease, CSVD)。目前诊断主要基于影像学检查其病理生理过程包括淀粉样蛋白沉积、血管内皮损伤、血脑屏障受损等,但具体发生机制尚不明确。已证实微小核糖核酸(MicroRNAs, miRNAs)常见于多种疾病中,研究发现miRNAs参与调节CMBs的相关病理变化,高度提示miRNAs可能成为CMBs的生物标记物。本文在CMBs与miRNAs相关性研究进展方面进行综述,为深入研究CMBs的及诊断与防治提供参考。Cerebral micro bleeds(CMBs)is a kind of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)involving many factors and the current diagnosis is mainly based on imaging examination.Its pathophysiologic process includes amyloid deposition,vascular endothelial injury,blood-brain barrier damage,etc.,but the specific mechanism is not clear.It has been confirmed that micro RNAs(miRNAs)is common in many diseases.Studies have found that miRNAs participate in regulating the relevant pathological changes of CMBs,which highly suggests that miRNAs may become biomarker of CMBs.This article review the research status of CMBs and miRNAs,and provide a scientific basis for the in-depth research,diagnosis and prevention of CMBs.
