墨家“兼爱”思想在构建和谐医患关系中的价值探析

摘　　要：医患关系是在医疗卫生活动中产生的,由于医疗卫生活动的特殊性,医患关系具有伦理性和法律性的双重属性,墨家“兼爱”观是墨家思想的核心观点,从伦理视角上看,具有无私奉献、兼爱无等、宽容尊重等内容,从法哲学视角上看,蕴含了平等的法律观、有序的权利观等内容,若将墨家“兼爱”观吸纳,有助于化解医患纠纷、树立医务人员的职业形象,使得医患关系规范化和法治化,对于构建和谐医患关系具有启迪意义。Doctor-patient relationship is based on the medical health activities,based on the specialty of medical and health care,doctor-patient relationship has the dual nature of ethical and legal,Mohist universal love of Mohism is the core of the point of view,look from the ethical perspective,selfless dedication,love everyone no respect,tolerance,etc,from the perspective of legal philosophy,It contains the equal legal view and orderly right view,etc.If the Mohist view of universal love is absorbed,it will be of en-lighting significance for handling doctor-patient disputes,establishing the professional image of medical staff,standardizing and legalizing doctor-patient relationship,and construction harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
