摘  要:目的应用PDCA循环联合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、案例学习法(case-based study,CBS),引导口腔科实习生将理论知识与临床实践相结合,提高学生自主学习能力。方法选择2021年7—10月在盘锦辽油宝石花医院口腔科五年制本科实习生40名,随机分成教改组(n=20)与对照组(n=20)。教改组采用PBL、CBS教学法并应用PDCA循环管理模式。对照组采用传统教学法以授课为主,于出科考试后进行补充教学。教学实施前后分别填写《自主学习能力量表》,比较两组自主学习量表得分;并于轮转结束后比较两组出科考试成绩及对教学效果的满意度。结果教学实施后,应用自主学习量表评估,学习自我效能感、学习控制感、一般方法、学习求助、学习计划安排、学习总结、学习管理因子分教改组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教改班技能成绩及对教学效果的满意度均优于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环与PBL、CBS相整合的联合教学法可以提高口腔科实习生自主学习能力,适用于口腔科实习生临床教学。Objective To apply PDCA cycle combined with problem-based learning(PBL)and case based study(CBS)to guide dental interns to combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,and improve students'self-learning ability.Methods Select 40 five-year undergraduate interns from the Department of Stomatology at Panjin Liaohe Oilfield Gem Flower Gem Flower Hospital in Panjin from July to October 2021,and randomly divide them into a teaching reform group(n=20)and a control group(n=20).The teaching reform group adopts PBL and CBS teaching methods and applies PDCA circular management mode.The control group used traditional teaching methods with teaching as the main focus,and received supplementary teaching after the final exam.Before and after the implementation of teaching,fill out the"Self learning Ability and Strength Scale"and compare the scores of the two groups of self learning scales;After the rotation,compare the scores of the two groups'entrance exams and their satisfaction with teaching effectiveness.Results The skill scores and satisfaction with teaching effectiveness of the teaching reform class were better than those of the control class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle quality management is integrated with PBL and CBS teaching methods,and the teaching mode is suitable for clinical teaching of dental interns.
