摘  要:目的探讨一主多辅导师制联合案例式以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在口腔科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月—2022年5月于上海长海医院口腔科参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师24名,随机分为试验组、对照组。试验组则采用一主多辅导师制联合案例式PBL教学法;对照组采用传统教学教模式。对比两组医师的培训效果。结果试验组出科考试成绩及问卷调查满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一主多辅导师制联合案例式PBL教学法能够有效实现了两种教学方法的优势互补,显著提高口腔科住院医师的规范化水平,提高整体工作质量。Objective To explore the effect of tutorial system of one master with multiple tutors combined with casebased PBL teaching model in the Standardized Training of stomatology Residents.Methods 24 resident physicians who participated in standardized training for resident physicians in the Stomatology Department of Shanghai Changhai Hospital from September 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group adopted a combined case based PBL teaching method with one principal and multiple tutors;The control group adopts traditional teaching mode.Compare the training effects of two groups of physicians.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group has obvious advantages in graduation examination results,and the questionnaire survey satisfaction is higher,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined case based PBL teaching mode of"one principal and multiple tutors"can effectively realize the complementary advantages of the two teaching methods,significantly improve the standardization level of stomatological residents,and improve the overall work quality,which is worth promoting.
