摘  要:目的通过线上教学方式,提高骨科医生在关节镜手术中的知识水平,对其在关节镜手术教学中的效果进行分析和探讨。方法选择2020年8月—2021年8月期间,在解放军总医院第四医学中心骨科学习过的研究生、进修生、住培生共44名。按照数字表法,将其随机分为两组,每组各22名。试验组采取线上教学模式,对照组采取常规教学法,比较两组教学。结果试验组在理论知识考核、操作能力及模拟病例分析均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在学习效率、学习兴趣、知识掌握、沟通与合作能力提高及总体满意度评分(8.31±1.82)分均高于对照组,与对照组(6.82±1.75)分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程教学模式在关节镜手术临床教学中效果显著,提高了骨科医生学习关节镜手术知识的效率和能力,深受骨科医生的满意。Objective To improve the knowledge level of the arthroscopic surgery of orthopedic surgeons through the online teaching methods,and its effect in the arthroscopic surgery teaching is analyzed and discussed.Methods 44 postgraduates,advanced students,and regular trainees who have studied in the orthopedics department of the Fourth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the subjects of study.According to the digital table method,they were randomly divided into two groups,22 cases in each group.The experimental group adopts the online teaching mode which supports the flip classroom,and the control group was given routine teaching methods.The teaching results of the two groups were compared,and the total length was 84 hours.Results Compared with the control group(6.82±1.75)points,the experimental group was higher than the control group in terms of learning efficiency,learning interest,knowledge mastery,communication and cooperation ability improvement,and overall satisfaction score(8.31±1.82)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning efficiency,learning interest,knowledge mastery,communication and cooperation ability improvement and overall satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The remote teaching mode is effective in clinical teaching of arthroscopic surgery,which improves the efficiency and ability of orthopedic surgeons to learn arthroscopic surgery knowledge,which is deeply satisfied by orthopedic surgeons.
