摘 要:目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,mini-CEX)联合病案思维导图在急诊内科专科医师规范化培训(以下简称“专培”)医师中的应用评价。方法选取2018年2月—2022年3月在三峡大学第二人民医院/宜昌市第二人民医院急诊内科进行专培的医师84名,将2018年2月—2020年2月参加培训的医师36名分为对照组,将2020年3月—2022年3月参加培训的医师48名划分为观察组。对照组予以常规教学培训法,观察组予以mini-CEX联合病案思维导图法。评估专培医师的满意度、理论知识、实践能力及mini-CEX评分情况。结果观察组专培医师满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的80.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,观察组的理论知识、实践能力及mini-CEX评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论mini-CEX联合病案思维导图有助于提高急诊科专培医师的临床实践能力和满意度,提升基础理论知识掌握程度和学习效果。Objective To explore the application evaluation of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(mini-CEX)combined with medical record mind map in standardized training of emergency internal medicine specialists(hereinafter referred to as"special training").Methods A total of 84 doctors who received professional training in the emergency department of The second people's Hospital of Three Gorges University/The Second People's Hospital of Yichang from February 2018 to March 2022 were selected.According to the different training time,36 doctors who participated in the training from February 2018 to February 2020 were divided into the control group and 48 doctors who participated in the training from March 2020 to March 2022 were divided into the observation group.The control group was given routine teaching and training method,and the observation group was given mini-CEX combined with medical record mind mapping method.Evaluate the satisfaction,theoretical knowledge,practical ability and learning of doctors in the professional training.Results The satisfaction of professional training doctors in the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 80.56%in the control group(P<0.05).After training,the theoretical knowledge,practical ability and mini-CEX score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX combined with medical record mind map can help to improve the clinical practice ability and satisfaction of emergency internal medicine professional training doctors,and improve the mastery of basic theoretical knowledge and learning effect.
