住院医师规范化培训信息化管理系统建设的思考

摘　　要：我国住院医师规范化培训工作发展至今已从制度完善、体系建立走向内涵建设,管理也由粗放型向精细化转变。然而目前各地住院医师规范化培训信息化管理系统的建设尚处于摸索阶段,文章就目前住院医师规范化培训信息化管理系统建设的问题进行分析总结。从区域发展不均衡、各自为营、上下级难以联通、忽视数据安全和缺乏相关建设规范与标准等方面分析目前我国住院医师规范化培训信息化管理系统建设上存在的问题。提出加强区域合作、统一各基地信息化建设、分级使用数据互通、确保数据安全以及统一建设规范和考核标准等对策,以期整体提升我国住院医师规范化培训的管理水平和培训效果,将我国的住院医师规范化培训事业推向新的高度。The standardized training of residents in China has changed from system improvement and system establishment to connotation construction,and management has also changed from extensive to refined.However,at present,the construction of standardized training information management system for residents in various places is still in the exploration stage,and this paper analyzes and summarizes the current construction of standardized training information management system for resident physicians.The problems existing in the construction of standardized training information management system for resident doctors in China are analyzed from the aspects of uneven regional development,separate operations,difficulty in connecting superiors and subordinates,neglect of data security and lack of relevant construction norms and standards.It puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening regional cooperation,unifying the informatization construction of each base,hierarchical use of data interconnection,ensuring data security,and unifying construction norms and assessment standards,in order to improve the management level and training effect of standardized training of resident doctors in China as a whole,and push the standardized training of residents in China to a new height.
