摘  要:全科医学是一个面向社区和家庭,整合了临床医学、预防医学、康复医学以及人文社会学科相关内容为一体的综合性、临床二级专业学科。多学科专家协作诊疗(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)模式以患者为中心和多学科专家为依托,保障患者得到最规范的诊疗方案,MDT模式逐渐成为复杂疾病诊疗的重要模式,将其引进全科住院医师规范化培训教育之中,能够帮助全科住院医师提高诊疗能力。文章将围绕MDT模式的定义及形式、如何对全科住院医师进行MDT教学、教学后考核、MDT教学实施效果等进行阐述。General practice is a comprehensive,clinical secondary professional discipline oriented to community and family,which integrates clinical medicine,preventive medicine,rehabilitation medicine,humanities and social sciences.Multi-disciplinary team(MDT)is patientcentered,which is based on multidisciplinary experts,ensuring that patients receive the most standardized treatment plan.MDT model has gradually become an important model for the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases,and its introduction into the education of general practitioners can help to improve the diagnosibility of general practitioners.This paper will focus on the definition and form of MDT,how to conduct MDT teaching,Post-teaching assessment and MDT teaching implementation effect.
