摘　　要：通过对1例卵巢癌伴复发性抑郁障碍患者进行病例分析,探讨多腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶(PARP)抑制剂与抗抑郁药之间的相互作用以及药物选择对患者疾病转归的影响。从患者个人情况出发,依据国内外相关指南和药学知识,分析患者的用药问题,以提高临床治疗的安全性和有效性。The interaction between poly ADP ribose polymerase(PARP)inhibitors and antidepressants was explored by analyzing a case of ovarian cancer with recurrent depressive disorder,and the effect of drug choice on the outcome of the patient′s disease was discussed.Based on the individual situation of the patient and according to the relevant domestic and foreign guidelines and pharmaceutical knowledge,the drug use problems of patients were analyzed to improve the safety and effectiveness of clinical treatment.
