摘  要:目的 调查分析新冠疫情后医学生群体的情绪反应和职业认同感变化及其影响因素。方法 采用问卷调查四川大学华西医院在读医学生的职业认同感和情绪状态,并与疫情前刘伟等的调查结果进行比较分析。结果 研究共纳入100名医学生,结果显示新冠疫情后,职业认同平均分为(3.85±0.54),属于中等偏上水平,其中职业行为和职业期望分别达到了(4.05±0.51)和(4.21±0.61),属于较好水平。与疫情前相比,职业行为有明显升高(4.05 vs. 3.84)。同时,研究发现职业认同感与负面情绪存在一定程度的负相关性,表明职业认同感越强的学生产生负面情绪的可能性更低。结论建议高校监测医学生的职业认同感状态,采取相应措施提高职业认同感,坚定医学生从事医疗相关事业的决心和认知,可能利于缓解医学生群体的不良情绪反应。Objective This study investigated the changes in the emotional responses and professional identity of medical students and influencing factors after the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the professional identity and emotional state of medical students in West China Hospital of Sichuan University,and compared and analyzed with the survey results of Liu Wei and others before the epidemic.Results A total of 100 students were included and the results indicated that after the COVID-19 epidemic,the average score of professional identity was(3.85±0.54),which was at the upper-middle level,among which career behavior(4.05±0.51)and career expectation(4.21±0.61)reached a good level.Compared with status before the epidemic,professional behavior increased significantly(4.05 vs.3.84).In addition,this study found that there is a certain degree of negative correlation between professional identity and negative emotions,indicating that students with stronger professional identity are less likely to have negative emotions.Conclusion Therefore,it is recommended that colleges and universities should monitor the states of professional identity of medical students and take corresponding measures to improve their confidence in medical careers,which is also conducive to eliminating the adverse emotional reactions of medical students.
