摘  要:不同油孔数量会改变浮环轴承油膜润滑特性,从而影响转子的振动特性及稳定性。基于流动连续性方程与轴承润滑理论,推导浮环轴承油膜控制方程,揭示油孔数量与浮环轴承润滑特性之间的关系。以某型汽油机用涡轮增压器浮环轴承为例,构建浮环轴承有限元模型,基于计算流体力学方法分析油膜润滑特性,研究不同油孔数量对浮环轴承最大压力、油膜承载力及动力学特性系数的影响。结果表明:浮环油孔数量从2增长到8,内外油膜最大压力、外油膜承载力及油膜动力学特性系数下降,内油膜承载力上升;内油膜承载力在油孔数量为2时随着转速的上升而逐渐下降,在油孔数量为4时无明显变化,在油孔数量为6、8时随着转速的上升而上升;随着转速的上升,油孔对承载力的影响逐渐上升,而对最大压力及动力学特性系数的影响逐渐减小。The lubrication characteristics of floating ring bearing oil films vary with the number of oil holes on the floating ring,so as to affect the vibration characteristics and stability of the rotor.Based on the flow continuity equation and bearing lubrication theory,the oil film governing equation of floating ring bearing was derived,and the relationship between the number of oil holes and the lubrication characteristics of floating ring bearing was revealed.With the turbocharger floating ring bearing of a certain type of gasoline engine as an example,the finite element model of floating ring bearing was established.The lubrication characteristics of oil films were analyzed based on CFD method,and the influence of different number of oil holes of the maximum pressure,bearing capacity and dynamic characteristic coefficient of floating ring bearing was studied.The results show that when the number of oil holes of the floating ring increases from 2 to 8,the maximum pressure of the inner and outer oil film,the bearing capacity of the outer oil film and the dynamic characteristic coefficient of the oil film decrease,while the bearing capacity of the inner oil film increases.With the increase of rotational speed,the bearing capacity of the inner oil film decreases gradually when the number of oil holes is 2,and it has no obvious change when the number of oil holes is 4,but it increases when the number of oil holes is 6 and 8.The higher the rotational speed becomes,the greater influence the oil holes can have on bearing capacity.On the contrary,the higher the rotational speed gets,the smaller influence the oil holes can have on the maximum pressure and dynamic characteristic coefficient.
