摘 要:目前齿轮箱润滑油更换是按照供应商提供的换油周期执行,缺乏对实际运用条件下齿轮箱润滑油性能状态变化情况的跟踪和研究分析。为准确确定CRH380B平台动车组齿轮箱润滑油合理的换油周期,通过理化性能分析以及污染物含量和磨损元素含量变化趋势分析,开展齿轮箱润滑油关键指标变化趋势研究;建立关键指标随油品运行里程变化的数学模型,并对油品运行里程进行预测。结果表明:CRH380B平台动车组齿轮箱润滑油更换周期延长至60万km可行;Fe元素含量变化可作为齿轮箱润滑油重点监控的指标;通过Fe元素含量随油品运行里程变化的数学模型,预测CRH380B齿轮箱润滑油在运行至80万km后仍满足使用要求。The change of gearbox lubricating oil at present is according to the oil change period provided by the supplier,and there is no tracking,research and analysis of the change of gearbox lubricating oil performance under actual application conditions.In order to accurately determine the reasonable oil change interval of gear box lubricating oil for CRH380B platform electric multiple units(EMUs)of CRH380B platform,the change trend of key indicators of gear box lubricating oil was studied through the physical and chemical properties analysis,the trend analysis of pollutant content and wear element content.The mathematical model of the key indicators changing with the operating mileage of the gearbox lubricating oil was established,and the operating mileage of the gearbox lubricating oil was predicted.The results show that it is feasible to extend the gearbox lubricating oil change interval of CRH380B platform EMUs to 600000 kilometers.The change of Fe element content can be used as a key monitoring indicator for the extension of the gearbox lubricating oil change interval.According to the mathematical model of Fe element content changing with the operating mileage of the gearbox lubricating oil,it is predicted that CRH380B gearbox lubricating oil still meets the use requirements when operating to 800000 kilometers.
