《循证医学》教学研究方法热点及趋势研究——基于CiteSpace可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 通过对我国循证医学教学研究方法进行回顾性分析,全面、系统地认识该领域的基本特征,发现研究热点及趋势,为之后有关此领域的研究提供依据。方法 使用文献计量学的方法,运用可视化工具CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件处理文献资料,对CNKI、维普、万方三大数据库中的相关文献同时进行作者合作网络图谱、关键词聚类图谱及关键词突现图谱的绘制。结果 中国循证医学教学方法研究整体上呈发展态势,作者合作网络总体上呈现分散、小区域合作的特点,研究领域的作者之间合作很少,联系度不高。研究的方向主要为教学方法结合应用的研究、循证医学教学方法不同人群适配性、循证医学教学方法的疾病诊治、循证医学教学方法的效果评估。结论 各研究团队之间的交流与合作有待加强,循证医学教学方法的研究方向需要更加多元化、精确化,文章结果可以预测之后教学方法的发热点及趋势。Objective To retrospectively analyze the teaching and research methods of evidence-based medicine in China,comprehensively and systematically understand the basic characteristics of this field,discover the research hotspots and trends,and provide a basis for future research in this field.Methods The bibliometrics method was used,and the visualization tool CiteSpace 5.8.R3 was used to process the literature data.The author cooperation network map,keyword clustering map and keyword emergence map were drawn simultaneously for the relevant literature in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases.Results The research on the teaching methods of evidence-based medicine in China showed a trend of development,and the author cooperation network showed the characteristics of scattered and small regional cooperation on the whole.The cooperation between the authors in the research field was very little and the degree of connection was not high.The main research directions are the study of the combination and application of teaching methods,the applicability of EBM teaching methods to different populations,the diagnosis and treatment of diseases based on EBM teaching methods,and the evaluation of the effect of EBM teaching methods.Conclusion The communication and cooperation between research teams need to be strengthened,and the research direction of evidence-based medicine teaching methods needs to be more diversified and precise.The results of this paper can predict the hot spots and trends of teaching methods in the future.
