摘 要:目的 调查护理本科生实习早期人文执业能力和共情水平现状,并分析二者间的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样的方法,选取重庆某高校2019级护理本科四年级实习初期的学生作为研究对象,运用一般资料调查表、护士人文执业能力测评量表和杰弗逊护生共情量表进行调查。结果 护生人文执业能力得分为(92.27±10.07)分,共情量表得分为(102.03±18.20)分,护生户籍所在地、喜爱护理专业程度、是否参加医学人文培训等特征影响护生人文执业能力得分。而性别、年龄、是否独生子女、喜爱护理专业程度、是否参加医学人文培训等特征影响护生的共情水平。本科实习护生人文执业能力与共情能力呈正相关(r=0.482,P<0.01)。结论 实习早期护生人文执业能力和共情能力总体上处于中等水平,人文执业能力与共情呈密切正相关,提示护理教育者要重视护生这两方面能力的培养,采取有针对性措施提高护生的人文执业能力。Objective To investigate the humanistic practice ability and empathy level,and to analyze the correlation between them among nursing undergraduates in the early stage of internship.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select students at the beginning of internship of nursing undergraduate in a university in Chongqing in 2019,and the general information questionnaire,nurse humanities practice ability scale and Jefferson empathy scale were used to conduct the survey.Results The scores of nursing students humanistic practice ability were(92.27±10.07),and the empathy scale score was(102.03±18.20).Characteristics of nursing students household location,the degree of fondness for nursing profession,whether they participated in medical humanities training affected the nursing students humanistic practice ability score.The characteristics of gender,age,whether the only child,the degree of fondness for nursing profession,whether to participate in medical humanities training affect the level of empathy among nursing students.There was a positive correlation between humanistic practice ability and empathy ability of undergraduate nursing students(r=0.482,P<0.01).Conclusion The humanistic practice ability and empathy level of nursing students in the early stage of internship are generally at a medium level,and the humanistic practice ability and empathy are closely and positively correlated,suggesting that nursing educators should pay attention to the cultivation of these two aspects of nursing students,and take targeted measures to improve humanities practice ability of students.
