摘 要:目的探讨基于1M3S理论的交接班模式在老年科护理交接班中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年4月医院老年科收治的435例患者为对照组,选取2021年10月老年科收治的457例患者为观察组,同时,选取同期老年科参与护理交接班的78名护理人员为研究对象。对照组实施常规交接班模式,观察组实施基于1M3S理论的护理交接班模式。比较基于1M3S理论交接班模式实施前后老年科护理交接班质量及2组患者满意度。结果实施后老年科护理交接班质量评分高于实施前(t=3.039,P=0.003),观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组(t=3.199,P=0.001)。结论在老年科实施基于1M3S理论的护理交接模式,可改善护理交接班质量,提高患者的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of applying the 1M3S model in nursing shift handover in the geriatric ward.Methods Totally 435 patients hospitalized in April 2021 were chosen into the control group,while 457 patients in October 2021 were selected into the observation group.The control group was handed over in the routine mode,but the observation group was given nursing handover based on the 1M3S management mode.At the same time,78 nurses in the geriatric department who participated nursing shift were selected as the research objects.The quality of nursing shift handover and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of nursing shift quality and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=3.039,P=0.003;t=3.199,P=0.001).Conclusion The nursing shift handover mode based on the 1M3S theory can promote the shift turnover quality and patient satisfaction.
