摘 要:目的评价来华留学生普通外科标准化课件的教学效果。方法选取石河子大学医学院来华留学生101名作为研究对象,根据授课时间段分为两组,其中51名留学生在2021年10—11月接受普通外科常规课件教学(对照组),2022年10—11月接受普通外科标准化课件教学(观察组)。比较两组留学生的课堂教学效果以及理论成绩方面的差异。结果在教学效果满意度、学习兴趣满意度、学习效率满意度、临床思维满意度方面,观察组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在课堂测验成绩与期末考试成绩方面,观察组高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用外科学标准化课件可以提高来华留学生的课堂教学效果。Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of using standardized courseware of general surgery for incoming international students at Shihezi University School of Medicine.Methods 101 international students coming to China from the School of Medicine of Shihezi University were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the teaching time period,of which 51 international students were taught with regular courseware of general surgery from October to November 2021(control group)and 50 international students were taught with standardized courseware of general surgery from October to November 2022(observation group).The differences between the two groups of international students were compared in terms of the effectiveness of classroom teaching and theoretical performance.Results In terms of satisfaction with teaching effect,satisfaction with learning interest,satisfaction with learning efficiency,and satisaction with clincal thinking ability,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of classroom test scores and final exam scores,the observation group was higher than the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of standardized courseware in surgery can improve the classroom teaching effect of international students.
