摘 要:目的研究基于案例的教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)的模拟培训混合教学对麻醉临床实习教学理论成绩、技能操作的影响。方法选取2021年11月—2022年11月苏州大学附属独墅湖医院及苏州大学附属第一医院麻醉手术科接收的临床实习生80名,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=40)采用传统模式教学,研究组(n=40)采用基于CBL的模拟培训混合教学,实习结束时,以基础理论、技能操作、病例分析成绩、实践能力以及教学满意度作为评价指标,对比两组教学效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组的基础理论、技能操作以及病例分析成绩均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组较对照组的病情观察、临床应变、专业操作以及组织协调等实践能力评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组团队协作能力、自主学习能力、学习兴趣、综合能力以及实践操作能力等各项满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于CBL的模拟培训混合教学可激发麻醉临床实习学生的学习自主性、积极性,提高其临床知识、技能以及思维能力,得到了实习生的高度满意。Objective To study the effect of CBL-based simulation training hybrid teaching on theoretical performance and skills operation of anesthesia clinical internship teaching.Methods Between November 2021 and November 2022,80 clinical interns received by the Department of Anesthesia and Surgery,Dushu Lake Hospital,Soochow University and the First Hospital of Soochow University were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method:the control group(n=40)using the traditional mode of teaching,and the study group(n=40)using the CBL-based simulation training hybrid teaching.At the end of the internship,basic theory,skill operation,case analysis scores,practical ability,and teaching satisfaction were used as evaluation indexes to compare the teaching effectiveness between groups.Results The study group had significantly higher scores in basic theory,skill operation and case analysis compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group had higher scores in practical skills such as observation of illness,clinical response,professional operation and organization and coordination compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of teamwork ability,independent learning ability,learning interest,general ability and practical operation ability were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL-based simulation training hybrid teaching can stimulate the learning autonomy and enthusiasm of anesthesia clinical internship,improve their clinical knowledge,skills and thinking ability,and obtain a high degree of satisfaction from the interns.
