摘 要:为准确估计无位置传感器的永磁同步电机的转速和转子位置,减弱电机在中高速运行中抖振。论文定义一种积分滑模面,来实现二阶滑膜观测器控制,采取S函数中的的双曲正弦函数代替不连续的符号函数,用锁相环算法获取转子的位置信息,减少相位延迟。基于Matlab/Simulink对改进的SMO控制算法分析,仿真结果表明,改进的二阶滑膜观测器算法较传统SMO算法转子位置估计精度提高250%左右,稳定时转速估计误差在5r/min左右,估计的电机转速与转子位置精度大大提高。In order to accurately estimate the speed and rotor position of sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor and reduce the chattering of the motor in medium and high speed operation.In this paper,an integral sliding surface is defined to realize the control of the second-order sliding film observer.The hyperbolic sinusoidal function in the s function is used to replace the discontinuous symbolic function,and the phase-locked loop algorithm is used to obtain the position information of the rotor and reduce the phase delay.The improved SMO control algorithm is analyzed based on Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the rotor position estimation accuracy of the improved second-order synovial observer algorithm is about 250% higher than that of the traditional SMO algorithm,the rotor speed below 5r/min can be estimated,and the estimated motor speed and rotor position accuracy are greatly improved.
