摘  要:在TDLAS(可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱)的直接吸收法温度测量中,基线提取的准确性对测量精度具有较大影响。论文针对爆炸条件下直接吸收温度计算方法中由于谱线展宽导致的基线提取困难的问题,提出了一种基于吸收补偿的迭代基线提取算法。迭代基线提取算法利用了HITRAN数据库的谱线吸收模型,通过迭代方法对提取的基线进行吸收补偿,最终使提取到的基线更加接近于真实值。论文选用了1392nm波长附近的水分子吸收谱线,通过构建虚拟模型机并结合系统实验对该算法的有效性和收敛性进行验证。实验结果表明,与分段拟合法相比,迭代基线提取算法计算温度值的误差由23.5%降低到18%,证明所提算法可以提高基线提取的精度,减小温度计算误差,对爆炸场温度的测量具有理论指导意义。In the direct absorption temperature measurement of TDLAS(tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy),the accuracy of baseline extraction has a great impact on the precision of measurement.In this paper,an iterative baseline extraction algorithm based on absorption compensation is proposed to solve the difficulty of baseline extraction caused by spectral line broadening in the direct absorption temperature calculation method under explosive conditions.This algorithm uses the spectral line absorption model of HITRAN database,through the iterative method to compensate the extracted baseline,and finally makes the extracted baseline closer to the real value.In this paper,the absorption spectra of water molecules near 1392nm wavelength are selected,and the effectiveness and convergence of this algorithm are verified by building a virtual model machine and combining with system experiments.The experimental results show that compared with the piecewise fitting method,the error of temperature value calculated by the iterative baseline extraction algorithm is reduced from 23.5%to 18%,which proves that the proposed algorithm can improve the accuracy of baseline extraction and reduce the temperature calculation error.It has a theoretical guiding significance for the temperature measurement of the explosion field.
