摘　　要：[研究目的]提出一种智能数据挖掘分析算法,用于识别域外社交媒体舆论操纵者及其操纵策略,并进行实证分析。[研究方法]以北京冬奥会为例,基于国内外主流社交媒体数据,利用本研究提出的社交媒体洞察系统和社媒数据智能挖掘算法,分析域外势力抵制冬奥会的舆论主题策划、实施手段方式,并识别出幕后操纵负面舆论的组织、个人和机器人。[研究结论]操纵者采用“认知战”的手法,利用敏感政治话题,编造负面谣言、制造负面事件、发酵负面舆论,同时利用社媒机器人加速虚假信息传播,先入为主,误导民众认知,煽动民众情绪,操纵国际舆论,给主办方造成严重的国际舆论负面影响。当前相对有效的应对举措是利用技术手段进行实时监测和预警。[Research purpose]An intelligent data mining analysis algorithm is proposed to identify the public opinion manipulators and their manipulation strategies on social media outside the domain.[Research method]Taking the Beijing Winter Olympic Games as an example,based on the mainstream social media data at home and abroad,the social media insight system and the social media data intelligent mining algorithm proposed in this study are used to analyze the public opinion theme planning and implementation methods of the boycott of the Winter Olympic Games by foreign forces,and identify the organizations,individuals and robots that manipulate negative public opinions behind the scenes.[Research conclusion]Manipulators use the technique of"cognitive war",use sensitive political issues to make negative rumors,negative events,and negative public opinion.At the same time,they use social media robot to accelerate the spread of false information,first impressions the most lasting,mislead the public cognition,incite public sentiment,and manipulate international public opinion,which has caused serious negative impact on the organizers of international public opinion.At present,the relatively effective response is to use technology for real-time monitoring and early warning.
