摘 要:将高铁站区不可开发土地面积和站城相对距离作为区位条件,纳入高铁站区发展的影响因素,并以京广高铁29个车站为样本,借助地理信息软件,采用多元线性回归模型实证分析高铁站区位条件对站区发展的影响。结果表明,高铁站区不可开发土地面积对高铁站区发展水平具有显著的制约影响;站城相对距离越小,越有利于3 km圈层的站区发展。从高铁站区发展角度看,高铁站应尽可能建在城区内或城区边缘,同时在1 km范围内尽量避开水体和山体等制约土地开发的因素。Taking the undeveloped land area of the HSR station area and the relative distance between the station and the city as the location conditions and considering the factors influencing the development of the HSR station area,this paper empirically analyses the impact of the location conditions of the HSR station on the development of the station area by taking 29 stations of Beijing-Guangzhou HSR as samples and using geographic information software and multiple linear regression model.The results show that the undeveloped land area of the HSR station area has a significant restrictive effect on the development level of the HSR station area.The smaller the relative distance between the station and the city,the more conducive to the development of the station area in a 3 km circle.In view of HSR station area development,HSR stations shall be built in the urban area or the edge of the urban area as far as possible,and at the same time,factors restricting land development such as water bodies and mountains shall be avoided as far as possible within 1 km.
