摘  要:隧道洞顶堆载常会引起隧道结构变形过大甚至开裂,影响结构安全。以某高铁隧道洞身浅埋段堆载偏压导致衬砌发生纵裂的工程问题为依托,通过洞内沉降、收敛和中线偏移监测,洞外沉降、变形和测斜监测,结合数值模拟手段,对隧道衬砌结构产生裂缝的原因进行分析。针对外部堆载造成衬砌纵裂情况,采用洞外清方减载和洞内套衬内外相结合补强措施进行整治,结合外部环境条件确定整治施工要点,同时在隧道一定范围内地表划定保护区,确保高铁隧道运营期的安全。Tunnel roof surcharge often causes excessive deformation and even cracking of the tunnel structure,affecting the structural safety.Based on the engineering problems of longitudinal cracking of lining caused by surcharge bias in the shallow-buried section of high speed railway tunnel,this paper analyzes the causes of cracks in the tunnel lining structure by means of monitoring settlement,convergence and centerline deviation in the tunnel,monitoring settlement,deformation and inclination survey outside the tunnel via numerical simulation.In view of the longitudinal cracks of the lining caused by external surcharge,the reinforcement measures in combination with earthwork clearance and load reduction outside the tunnel and lining inside the tunnel are adopted for remediation,and the key points of remedial construction are determined based on external environmental conditions.Meanwhile,a protection area is delimited on the surface within a certain range of the tunnel to ensure the safety of the high speed railway tunnel during the operation period.
