白术的现代药理研究及其在功能性消化不良中的临床应用

摘　　要：白术作为临床常用的一味中药,目前研究发现其具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗焦虑抑郁及胃肠道双向调节等药理作用,临床多以中药复方的形式,通过调节胃肠动力、肠道菌群、脑肠轴、精神状态及胃肠黏膜修复等发挥治疗功能性消化不良的作用。本文对近年来白术的现代药理研究及其在功能性消化不良中的临床应用进行了归纳总结,以期为临床诊疗用药提供新思路。Atractylodes macrocephala is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.Current studies have found that it has anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-anxiety and depression and gastrointestinal two-way regulation and other pharmacological effects.Clinically,it is mostly in the form of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription to play the role of treating functional dyspepsia by regulating gastrointestinal motility,intestinal flora,brain-gut axis,mental state and gastrointestinal mucosal repair.This article summarizes the modern pharmacological research of Atractylodes macrocephala in recent years and its clinical application in functional dyspepsia,with a view to providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of drugs.
