泪道探针定位法在下泪小管断裂吻合术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨泪道探针定位法在下泪小管断裂吻合术中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2020年12月重庆医科大学附属大学城医院收治的53例(53只眼)下泪小管断裂患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组在常规显微镜直视下行泪小管吻合手术,观察组通过泪道探针定位法行泪小管吻合手术。比较两组手术时间、治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:泪小管吻合术中,通过泪道探针定位法可以快速、准确定位,找到靠近泪囊侧的泪道断端,具有操作简单易掌握,手术时间短,治疗效率高等优点。Objective:To explore the application effect of lacrimal duct probe positioning method in lacrimal duct rupture anastomosis.Methods:A total of 53 patients(53 eyes)with inferior lacrimal duct rupture admitted to University-Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group underwent lacrimal duct anastomosis under the direct-view conventional microscope and the observation group underwent lacrimal duct anastomosis using lacrimal duct probe positioning method.The operation time and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusion:In lacrimal duct anastomosis,lacrimal duct probe positioning method can quickly and accurately locate the broken end of lacrimal duct near the lacrimal sac side.It has the advantages of simple operation,short operation time,and high treatment efficiency.
