摘　　要：地方高职院校服务乡村人才振兴战略是责任与使命所在。发挥高职院校的教育和人才资源优势,问需于民,精准培训,构建培训理念本土化、培训师资专业化、培训群体全面化、培训方式多样化、培训力量多元化的职业技能培训体系,为乡村人才振兴提供更多支持。It is the responsibility and mission of local higher vocational colleges to serve the revitalization strategy of rural talents.It is necessary for them to give full play to the advantages of school education and human re⁃sources,meet the needs of the people,conduct accurate training,and build a vocational skill training system with localization of training concepts,specialization of training teachers,comprehensiveness of training groups,diversi⁃fication of training methods,and diversification of training forces,to provide more support for rural talent revital⁃ization.
