摘　　要：针对CAD机械设计大赛涉及课程多、内容杂、难度大的现象,本文创造性地提出课外工匠班,建立一个松散的、自由的学习班级,制定新的教学标准,设计对标技能大赛的教学案例,采用线上线下相结合的教学与管理模式,制作完善的教学资源。实践证明,学生的学习效果大大改善,教师的教学能力大幅度提升,技能竞赛也取得了更好的成绩。本教学改革方式取得了良好效果,对其他课程的教学改革也具有一定的意义。In response to the phenomenon that CAD mechanical design competitions involve multiple courses,complex content,and great difficulty,this article creatively proposes extracurricular craftsmanship classes,establishes a loose and free learning class,formulates new teaching standards,designs teaching cases for benchmarking skills competitions,and adopts a combination of online and offline teaching and management mode to create complete teaching resources.Practice has proven that students'learning outcomes have greatly improved,teachers'teaching abilities have significantly improved,and skill competitions have also achieved better results.This teaching reform method has achieved good results and has certain significance for the teaching reform of other courses.
