中国式法治现代化理论融入高校思政的案例教育方法探讨

摘　　要：中国式法治现代化理论融入思想政治教育目标应遵循思想政治教育原理和规律,为面对不同的受众,实现不同的教育目标,思想政治教育应采取不同的方法。其中法治案例教育方法是富有实践意义的教育方法。案例教育法应坚持以中国式法治现代化的特征、本质要求和基本道路为核心,实现思想政治教育的目的。法治案例教育方法应采取案例教育方法的一般步骤,根据不同的思想政治教育内容建立案例库,每一个主题有相应的多组案例。在具体运用案例教育方法时,应坚持思想政治教育的德性培养与法律专业教育职业培养相区别,以思想政治教育本质属性为皈依,才能实现教育目的。Ideological and political education has its own principles and laws that different methods should be adopted to aim at various audiences and achieve different educational goals.To be integrated with the goal of ideological and political education,Chinese modernization of rule of law should follow these principles and laws.Case-based learning of rule of law is of practical significance.Case-based learning should adhere to the characteristics,essential requirements and basic path of Chinese modernization of rule of law as the core point to realize the purpose of ideological and political education.Such general steps should also be taken when applying case-based learning of rule of law,databases according to distinct contents with corresponding multiple groups of cases need to be established in the name of each theme.It is necessary to be noted that when applying case-based learning one should distinguish the moral cultivation of ideological and political education from the professional cultivation of legal education.Only by taking the essential attributes of ideological and political education seriously can the purpose of ideological and political education be achieved.
