宗教宽容理论对英国浪漫主义文学时期小说的影响——以瓦尔特·司各特的《艾凡赫》为例

摘　　要：在18世纪末19世纪初的英国,从文学角度而言,宗教宽容理论对浪漫主义文学时期小说的读者和作者产生了较大影响。以《艾凡赫》为例,受到宗教宽容理论影响的司各特在这部小说中刻画了教会群体对教徒的宽容、部分基督徒对犹太教徒的宗教宽容和犹太教徒对基督徒的宽容,佐证了这个时期的小说反映了宗教宽容理论。In the late 18th century and early 19th century,the theory of religious tolerance had a great influence on both readers and writers of romanticism novels.In Ivanhoe,for example,Scott,who was influenced by the theory of religious tolerance,depicted the religious tolerance of the church group to the believers,the religious tolerance of some Christians to the Jews and the religious tolerance of Jews to Christians.
